At present, PRINCZ has two strategically placed manufacturing plants and warehouses and taken as a whole, they cover a total area of approximately 30,000 m2 (323,000 sq ft) with an installed production capacity of 60,000 tons per year.
Our twenty production lines and four different technologies allow us to produce PVC compounds which meet internationally stipulated quality standards.
We have a permanent stock of our main products and this results in immediate optimum service delivery and flexibility to meet the special needs of each of our clients.
Quality Processes
In PRINCZ, the quality of our products and services is essential for achieving the highest value business purpose, which is to fully meet the needs of our customers.
The Quality Department, with highly trained staff, is responsible for maintaining a high level of quality in the products we supply, and it also works concurrently with the customers to develop new compounds and new applications.
All processes related to the Quality System are constantly improved through non-conformity assessments in order to avoid repeating mistakes. The Process Control monitors and approves every compound during manufacture.
Our staff receives appropriate training to perform well in its functions related to product and service quality while maintaining continuous cooperation with our customers and suppliers.
